Welcome to PBOC Data (央行数据, the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

Service

The App provides search, historical trends, favorites, widgets, and related tools for public macroeconomic and financial indicators. Some features may be unlocked through an auto-renewable Pro subscription. Available features are those shown in your current App version and purchase screen.

Data and Important Notice

The App collects, organizes, and displays public data. Official release schedules, historical methodology changes, networks, parsing, and maintenance may cause delays, omissions, revisions, or temporary unavailability. We use reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is always complete, timely, or error-free.

The App is an information and research tool only. It is not investment, trading, credit, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and it does not promise any investment result. Verify important information against the original official source and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

Optional Accounts

Registration and sign-in are not required to browse data or purchase Pro. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting passwords and verification codes. Signing in can enable cross-device synchronization for supported data. While signed out, configurations are primarily stored on the device and may be lost after uninstalling the App or changing devices.

You must not impersonate another person, transfer an account, share verification credentials, or abuse accounts or subscription entitlements through automation, attacks, or fraud.

Auto-Renewable Pro Subscriptions

The App may offer monthly, quarterly, and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Product names, subscription periods, local prices, taxes, free trials, and offer eligibility are governed by the live information shown on the purchase confirmation screen and in App Store Connect.

• Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. The developer does not directly process your payment card information.
• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, the subscription renews automatically. Apple generally charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If the purchase screen offers a free trial, Apple determines eligibility. The subscription automatically renews at the displayed price after the trial unless you cancel in advance.
• You can view, change, or cancel a subscription through Apple subscription management.
• Apple handles refund requests and decisions under its policies. Submit a request through Apple Report a Problem.

You do not need an App account to purchase Pro. An entitlement purchased while signed out initially relies on the Apple transaction and current installation identity. After sign-in, an eligible entitlement can be associated with the account. Purchase restoration depends on the Apple Account, transaction status, and availability of Apple services.

Feature and Price Changes

We may adjust free and Pro features because of product development, data sources, costs, legal requirements, or maintenance. Apple displays and communicates subscription price changes and requests consent when required. Entitlements during a current paid period are handled under the rules applicable at purchase and applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use the App for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
• interfere with, attack, bypass, or damage the App, servers, accounts, subscription validation, or security controls;
• make unauthorized bulk requests, scrape, copy, or resell APIs or data, or impose an abnormal load on the service; or
• remove rights notices or impersonate the developer or a data publisher.

Intellectual Property and Public Data

The App's code, interface, branding, arrangement, and original content are protected by applicable law. Rights in underlying public data remain with the publishing institutions or other rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App, APIs, or branding to you.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features because of maintenance, source changes, third-party services, network failures, events beyond reasonable control, or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, investment, or business losses caused by delayed or incorrect data, device or network problems, third-party services, user error, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your App account in Settings. Deleting an App account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; you must still cancel through Apple subscription management. We may lawfully restrict access to an account or service if you materially violate these Terms, endanger system security, or if required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through this page or an appropriate in-App notice. The updated date shown above controls. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Relationship to Apple's Terms

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If they conflict, applicable law, Apple's mandatory terms, and disclosures on the purchase screen control.
