Panda Manor Terms of Use

Welcome to Panda Manor (熊猫庄园, the “App”). Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before use. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
These Terms describe the game-use rules between you and the App’s developer. Software obtained through the App Store is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement the game service, do not replace Apple’s standard license terms, and do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Game content
The App offers single-player panda care, feeding and petting, panda conversations, planting and harvesting, casual mini-games, a growth journal, outfits, and courtyard decoration. No account is required, and core gameplay works offline. Available features are those shown in your installed version.
Panda conversations use local preset content and text-matching rules. They are fictional character interactions, not responses from a real person or professional advice.
Virtual currency and items
Bamboo Coins, hearts, outfits, themes, decorations, and wake-up cards are virtual game resources for use within the App only. You can earn resources under the game rules and spend Bamboo Coins in the in-game shop to unlock content.
The current version has no real-money top-ups, paid virtual-item purchases, or auto-renewing subscriptions. Virtual resources have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, transferred as funds, withdrawn, or traded between players. Resources provided in test versions are for testing and do not promise equivalent rewards in production versions.
Local progress and time rules
Game progress is stored locally on your device. The App has no account synchronization or developer-operated cloud-save service. Deleting the App, clearing data, changing devices, or a failed backup restoration may result in lost progress. We cannot restore local saves from a server. Use system backup features if needed.
Planting, feeding, sleeping, and wake-up states follow game rules and device time. Changing the system date, time, or time zone may affect these states and timers. Durations and resource costs are shown in the App.
License and acceptable use
You may use the App on devices you own or control as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules. The license does not transfer ownership of the App or its content.
You must not use the App for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity, impersonate the developer, or sell or distribute the App without permission. You must not copy or resell the App’s code, artwork, audio, or other assets without the rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by applicable law, Apple’s standard license, or the relevant asset license.
Intellectual property
Rights in the App’s name, code, interface, illustrations, animations, music, and other content belong to the developer or the respective rights holders to the extent protected by applicable law. Third-party content remains subject to its respective ownership and license terms.
Use by minors
Minors should review these Terms and use the App with a parent or guardian, obtaining their consent where required by law. Please keep playtime balanced and avoid providing unnecessary personal information in conversations or support emails.
Updates, service, and responsibility
We may adjust game content for maintenance, feature updates, system compatibility, or legal requirements. Important changes affecting use will be communicated through release notes, this page, or an appropriate in-app notice. Contact the developer at the email below for faults or support.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the game, but cannot guarantee fault-free operation on every device and system. Device damage, deletion of data, system backup issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect gameplay and saves. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affects remedies available under applicable law.
You may stop using and delete the App at any time. Updated Terms will show an updated date. Material changes to your rights or obligations will receive appropriate notice and be handled as required by applicable law.
