Common Questions

How often are exchange rates updated?

Exchange rates are refreshed regularly through the backend data source, typically every few minutes to tens of minutes. The actual refresh frequency may vary depending on the data source.

Which currencies are supported?

The app covers major global currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY, HKD, AUD, CAD, and dozens more. See the full list within the app.

Why does the app show cached data?

When the network is unavailable or the API is temporarily unreachable, the app may show the most recent local cached rates. A banner indicates when cached data is being displayed.

What do widgets show?

Widgets show saved favorite currency pairs first. Small widgets show up to 1 pair, medium widgets show up to 3, and large widgets show up to 5. If there are no favorites, widgets use default common currency pairs.

How do I change language?

Open Settings, swipe the language tabs horizontally, and choose a language. The app interface and widgets use the selected language.

Data Source

Exchange rate data is based on public data sources and displayed through the app backend. The app does not require account registration and does not collect personal identity information.
