LightKitQR (hereinafter referred to as "the App") places great importance on your privacy protection. This policy clearly explains how the App handles information during your use. Please read carefully before using.

Information Collection and Use

This App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, nor does it send any of your data to any external servers.

The QR code history you generate and scan while using this App, as well as your personalized preferences, are stored solely on your device locally (or in your iCloud device backup if you actively enable it). We cannot access, view, or obtain any related data on your device.

Permission Usage

This App only requests necessary permissions when you use the corresponding features. All permissions require your explicit authorization before use, and you can disable them at any time in your phone settings without affecting other features.

1. Camera Permission

• Purpose: Used for scanning QR codes
• Usage: The camera is only activated when you open the "Scan" page
• Data Handling: Camera footage is only used to recognize QR codes in real-time on your device locally. No recording, storage, or transmission of any images occurs.

2. Photo Library Read Permission

• Purpose: Select images from the album for QR code recognition and as QR code logos
• Usage: Only triggered when you actively tap the "Album" or "Select Logo" button
• Data Handling: Your selected images are processed only on your device locally and are not uploaded or sent to any external platform.

3. Photo Library Write Permission

• Purpose: Save generated QR codes to your phone's photo album
• Usage: Only triggered when you actively tap the "Save to Album" button
• Data Handling: Only performs the "save" operation; does not read any other images or content in your album.

Data Storage and Management

1. Local Storage

Your QR code history, generated QR code thumbnails, personalized settings, etc., are all stored in the app's dedicated local space (accessible only to you) and will not be leaked to any third party.

2. Widget Data

For your convenience in using home screen/lock screen widgets, some history records and QR code thumbnails are shared locally between the app and widgets. All data remains solely on your device.

3. Data Cleanup

You can set an auto-cleanup interval for history (1 day / 7 days / 30 days / Never) in "My" → "Privacy Settings" within the app. You can also manually clear history. Favorited records will not be automatically deleted. Deleting the app will also remove all locally stored data.

Third Parties and Network Access

1. This App does not integrate any advertising, data analytics, user tracking, or other third-party services. It operates completely independently and does not communicate with any external servers.
2. This App requires no network connection to use all features and does not initiate any network requests, ensuring your usage is secure and leak-free.

Children's Privacy Protection

This App is suitable for users of all ages. It is not designed for children under 13, and since it does not collect any personal information, there is no risk of collecting children's information. Parents can feel confident letting their children use it.

Security Tips

All your data is stored solely on your personal device. Data security depends on your device's own protection measures (such as lock screen passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, etc.). We recommend keeping your device system updated and setting a lock screen passcode. If you generate QR codes containing sensitive information, you can promptly delete the history after use.

Privacy Policy Changes

If we make adjustments to this policy, we will update the content within the app and modify the "Last Updated" date. Major changes will be communicated to you in the app update notes.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
