Effective: August 29, 2026

Welcome to US Economic Indicators (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

Service

The App provides public US economic-indicator lookup, historical data, charts, favorites, learning content, widgets, and related data tools. Available features are those shown in your current version of the App.

Data and Important Notice

The App collects, organizes, and displays public data. Official release schedules, historical methodology changes, networks, data processing, and maintenance may cause delays, omissions, revisions, or temporary unavailability. We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee that all data is always complete, timely, or error-free.

The App is an information and research tool only. It is not investment, trading, credit, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and it does not promise any investment result. Verify important information against the original materials published by the relevant data providers and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Optional Accounts

Registration and sign-in are not required to browse indicators. You are responsible for the account information you submit and for protecting your password and verification codes. Email verification codes are used only for the corresponding registration, sign-in, email-binding, or password-reset operation.

You must not impersonate another person, share verification credentials, abuse accounts through automation or attacks, or interfere with the App's security and normal operation. You may stop using account features and delete your account in Settings at any time. Deleting an account does not prevent you from browsing public indicators while signed out.

USEconomy Pro and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The App offers monthly, quarterly, and annual USEconomy Pro auto-renewable subscriptions. The applicable subscription title, duration, localized price, and currency are displayed on the purchase screen and Apple confirmation sheet.

An active Pro subscription currently includes:

We will provide the subscription benefits displayed at purchase throughout the active subscription period. Material changes to subscription benefits will be communicated through an in-App notice, this page, or another appropriate method and handled in accordance with applicable law and Apple's requirements.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-week free trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple based on App Store purchase history, and each customer is generally eligible for only one introductory offer within the subscription group. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the displayed price for the selected plan.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription period until cancelled. You can view, change, or cancel it through Apple Account subscription management in iOS Settings. Cancelling normally leaves Pro access active until the end of the current paid period.

Deleting an App account, signing out, uninstalling the App, or withdrawing privacy consent does not cancel the subscription or stop automatic renewal. You must cancel the subscription through Apple Account subscription management.

You can restore purchases made with the same Apple Account. If you sign in to an App account, the subscription may be associated with that account to synchronize access across devices. To prevent duplicate allocation, an original App Store subscription transaction can be associated with only one App account. An account-association conflict does not affect an active purchase verified by Apple on the current device.

Apple handles subscription payments, billing, price changes, cancellations, and refunds. Refund eligibility and outcomes are governed by Apple policies and applicable local law. The App does not directly charge payment cards or approve refunds.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

Intellectual Property and Public Data

The App's code, interface, branding, arrangement, and original content are protected by applicable law. Rights in underlying public data remain with the publishing institutions or other rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App, APIs, or branding to you.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features because of maintenance, source changes, third-party services, network failures, events beyond reasonable control, or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, investment, or business losses caused by delayed or incorrect data, device or network problems, third-party services, user error, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through this page or an appropriate in-App notice. The updated date shown above controls. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
